Most local bookings have a three-hour minimum. Limited-time specials and custom service plans may use a different service window, which will be shown in the offer or confirmed in your personalized quote.

Driving time is when the Sprinter is actively moving your group. Standby is time when the vehicle is reserved for you while your group is at a game, dinner, concert, wedding, or other stop. The estimator accounts for that difference so a trip with long event time is not treated like nonstop shuttle service.

Send the event date, guest count, pickup location, destination or stop list, desired pickup and drop-off times, and whether the trip is one way or round trip. Include luggage, equipment, ferry, overnight, or on-call details when they apply.

Reach out as soon as your date is reasonably firm. Two to four weeks is useful for many trips, while weddings, graduations, playoff games, concerts, and peak fall weekends are better planned earlier. Last-minute requests are still welcome when the vehicle is available.
